Bryan is Executive Director of AMA, also leads on Digital Assessment Futures at The Digital Education Futures Initiative (DEFI), Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge. He is also visiting Professor (Professor II) at the Centre for Educational Measurement, University of Oslo. His research focuses on inclusive assessment, the test taker experience, uses of process data, and validation in onscreen educational assessments.
Naomi Care supports our work on inclusive assessment. Shas a background in anthropology, psychology and education, with specialist expertise and extensive experience in inclusive assessment, disability, special educational needs, and chronic illness. Naomi is a member of the Association of Education Europe (AEA) SIG on Inclusive Assessment.

Dr Tahmina Zebin leads our research on Ethical and Inclusive AI and automated Affective Assessment. Dr. Tahmina Zebin is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science. She was previously a Lecturer in the School of Computing Sciences at the University of East Anglia and has led an On-device and Explainable AI Research Group. She completed her PhD studies in 2017 from the University of Manchester. Her areas of expertise include Advanced Video and Signal Processing, Human Activity Recognition using statistical machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Liz Monahan is a figurative artist who graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with an MA Fine Art distinction in 2017. She has won the Bishop’s Art Prize and was highly commended for the Hermione Hammond Drawing Prize. Her work has been shown at the RefreshArt and ING Discerning Eye exhibitions.

Nic has worked with Assessment MicroAnalytics since before its launch in October 2018. He advises businesses across the digital and technology sectors, providing advice and support on strategy and growth. His focus is the adoption and alignment of technology and process to facilitate rapid scaling. As a qualified accountant, Nic has a focus on robust financial modelling and planning using an approach developed over many years working with high growth technology businesses, including; Virgin Money, the Optimise Media Group and the UK price comparison site knowyourmoney.co.uk
